Company C

A company was introduced to us through one of our existing contacts who were interested in a program to help them with repetitive tasks.

We noticed that their call centre staff made about 12 calls in order to find the right customer.

Our engineer visited the site for a whole day and observed and then we recommended and carried out the following:
  • An unused workstation was prepared to work 24 hours a day and act as a server.
  • Bespoke software (written in Visual Basic) created and fully tested in 2 days would query the supplier's website and find the usable numbers.
  • Usable numbers would be gathered at a rate of 4 a minute (with 45 useless numbers discarded)
  • The correct number would be emailed to each member of staff in turn in batches of 30 as soon as gathered.
  • A copy of the email sent to the supervisor.
  • The workstation is constantly, remotely checked to ensure its smooth operation.
